API Import: Programmatic import is available in the Admin Import docs. Admin access is restricted to users whose email domain matches the server’s
ADMIN_DOMAIN. If you are not an admin, contact your workspace admin.Gladia: Audio files are stored by Gladia and can be downloaded directly.
AssemblyAI: Import requires the original audio URL to still be accessible.
Azure: Audio import may not be available for all transcriptions.
Meeting BaaS: Import recordings from Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
